Brief – Artist Portfolio
Point of View are stalwarts of the UAE Rock Music scene. They have won Band of the Year and opened for global acts such as Guns N Roses.
We have remained their official creative photographers for 6 years now. We have worked with them repeatedly on creating impactful, edgy and creative visuals, promotional content, asset and media kit creation as well as poster and album art.
Below is but a sample of the work we have done for them. Also below is a unique challenge we faced that required us to get our post-production editing ninjas into action.

Challenge Accepted
We shot an amazing series of images in a really cool warehouse location for Point of View’s first album and in support of their live shows. One of the images we spent the most time on is below. This was our take on the “Bohemian Rhapsody” formation (all you Queen fans out there will know what we’re talking about). We spent over two weeks going back and forth on the post-production and final look. Everything was finally done and dusted and the images delivered.
Two nights before their massive live show with International rock guitarist Bumblefoot, we get a call saying they’ve sacked their bassist (dude on the right) and they’ve brought someone else onboard. We didn’t have the time to re-shoot and they didn’t have the budget for it either. So … they needed to edit their bassist out and replace him with the new guy. So we brought it the new bassist into our studio and looked at the images we needed to composite him into. We simulated the lighting and pose and re-shot his sections. We then put on our Photoshop ninja hats and got to work.
